About Us

We are a small, locally based housing organisation in Welwyn Garden City (the second of the Garden Cities). We own and manage a range of housing schemes which primarily cater for older people. In addition to the properties which we own and manage, we also provide housing management services on behalf of locally based leaseholder management companies and local charitable Trusts.
